Audience measurement is the exception: PostHog runs on its European cluster (eu.i.posthog.com), so that data stays in the European Union. For visitors from the EU and the UK, transfers to the United States rely on the mechanisms recognised by the European Commission and the UK authorities (standard contractual clauses; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers).
How long we keep it
Contact form data: no more than 24 months. Analytics data: the retention periods set by the provider (typically 2 to 14 months). Consent decision: one year for the cookie, and in your browser's local storage until you change or clear it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
